How long does grooming services take?

The amount of time it takes for pet grooming varies by breed, services being rendered, and the behavior of your pet. You can usually plan on the the entire process taking up to 4 hours.

Why are grooming prices not listed online?

Due to different breeds, condition of coat and time required to complete services, prices are determined after your pet's needs have been assessed.

Do you groom aggressive dogs?

I do not groom dogs that are known to be aggressive/biters. If your dog has previously bitten a groomer (or other human), please be honest about it. If a dog is extremely aggressive, he/she may need to be groomed in a veterinary clinic setting (that provides grooming) where they can be sedated and monitored by medical staff.

Every precaution is taken to ensure that your pet is handled in a kind, loving, and humane manner. Clients should realize, however, that we are not working with inanimate objects. They sometimes move unexpectedly. Any injury is handled as follows: (1) immediate 1st aid treatment by the pet stylist and (2) notification to the pet owner. There is no reason to ever try to hide an injury, accidents do happen.
